As a California licensed Professional Geologist and Certified Engineering Geologist, Mr. Bornyasz has performed many geological and geotechnical investigations for public, commercial/industrial, and residential clients throughout Southern California.  He has conducted or participated in numerous EIR and geotechnical investigations for public, residential and commercial developments which have included slope stability and liquefaction analysis, fault location studies/seismic risk analysis, and geotechnical evaluations.  He has an extensive background in identifying and evaluating land-use constraints and developing recommendations for mitigation of the potential impacts of geologic hazards at the design stage of projects. He is experienced in the site-specific investigation of the physical and chemical soil properties influencing the engineering characteristics of geologic deposits.
